During my recent Easter holiday, I had the pleasure of staying at the delightful Hotel Schröckerhof, perched above Schladming. The family-run ambiance immediately made me feel at home, complemented by the warm greeting from Katja at the reception. Each morning, I reveled in the scrumptious 4-course dinner crafted by head cook Martin, showcasing the best of regional cuisine, though I highly recommend indulging in the breakfast as well. One of the hotel's standout features is its access to the expansive 4-Mountain Ski Area, with the Fastenberg 6-seater chairlift just a brisk five-minute walk away. The breathtaking views from the Dachstein Sky-Walk and the varied trails provided a thrill for me and my companions. The serene natural bathing pond was an unexpected gem, perfect for relaxation after an adventurous day outdoors. To sports and leisure, the meticulous cleanliness and attention to detail in housekeeping echoed the hotel's commitment to providing a memorable experience. It's a retreat that combines family-friendly amenities with stunning Alpine landscapes-offering a perfect base for both adventure and relaxation. I left Hotel Schröckerhof feeling rejuvenated, with unforgettable memories to cherish.
